Born in Ashland, Kentucky Charles "David" Amos grew up in the Blue Grass state.  He is a fourth generation Nazarene preacher.  David answered the call to preach at the age of 14.  By the time he was 18 God had allowed him to preach at district assembly, Mount Vernon Nazarene University and in 36 different churches in Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio. He appeared on Celebration Christian talk show and was often found in the local newspaper standing against sin!  After six years of evangelism, David met his soul mate and ministry partner Rachel who became his wife in Oct of 2002.  The happy couple assisted in pastoring a small church in Ohio before David answered the call to serve in the U.S Air Force. They were sent to England for three years where their daughter Tiffany was born.
